This is a series of 20-minute guided meditations and paired journal prompts, rooted in the Pañcakṛtya (Five Acts of Shiva). Over the spring equinox we will gather in a WhatsApp group to share and support each other.

  • Who: All humans welcome. No prior meditation or writing experience is needed.
