This is a 3-week journey of movement practices, meditations, and journaling to explore the slow and subtle side of Yoga and Somatics.

Through Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Body-Mind Centering, Sound/Music Therapy, Classical Tantrik Meditation, and Yoga Nidra, we will unravel into deep rest and release.

Beginning on the fall equinox we will gather in a WhatsApp group to share and support each other.

  • What: Every week, you will receive one slow, deep movement practice, one seated meditation, and a writing prompt.

  • Where: WhatsApp

  • When: Each week from Sept 21 - Oct 12, set aside 90-120 minutes for movement, 30 minutes for meditation, and some space for journaling and connecting with the group. All classes are pre-recorded, so you can practice on your own schedule.

  • Who: All humans welcome. No prior yoga, meditation or writing experience is needed.

  • What You Need: For your home practice, you will need these things…

    • Spotify Premium for movement sessions

    • A yoga bolster (or a firm pillow)

    • A yoga block (or a stack of books)

    • 2 myofascial release balls (cork, lacrosse, or tennis balls)

    • Recommended: an external speaker, candles, special personal items, and a cozy blanket
