1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions incorporate multiple conscious movement modalities including Yoga, Functional Movement, Myofascial Release, Somatics, Meditation, and Neuromechanics to assist your body-mind in returning to organic patterns of moving, breathing, and being.

Sessions take place online on Zoom.
